POLICE in Kalomo district of Southern Province have apprehended a 37-year-old man for allegedly having unlawful carnal knowledge of his 16-year-old biological daughter. It is alleged that on Wednesday, May 28, the suspect, of Kalomo’s Mwaata Compound dragged his daughter to his bedroom and had sex with her while playing loud music.
