AFTER the incarceration of former foreign affairs minister Joseph Malanji and former secretary to the treasury Fredson Yamba on Wednesday, Acting PF president Given Lubinda rushed to the media to cry foul, declaring that “all PF members are potential prisoners under the UPND government.” Well, that is not so accurate, but it is indeed true that majority of PF ministers conducted themselves in a manner that will prove difficult to avoid prison.
