THE conviction of former finance minister Katele Kalumba, former permanent secretary Stella Chibanda, Access Finance Services Limited directors Aaron Chungu and Faustine Kabwe, is a delayed but welcome development. If there is any lesson that those who play around with public funds should learn from this is that it’s not possible for everybody to get away.
