POLICE in Itezhi Tezhi district have arrested 27 people for looting and theft of maize. After word went out that two businessmen were killed in Mumbwa, some members of the public in the district went on the rampage and looted a stack of maize suspected to belong to businessman Enerst Sikaonga. And Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has insisted that citizens shouldn’t take the law into their own hands.
