THE Economic and Financial Crimes Court (EFCC), High Court Division, has forfeited properties belonging to Lusaka journalist Faith Musonda to the State, stating that the properties are tainted with corruption. In its judgement, the court ordered that the properties, which include houses in Ibex Hill, Kingsland City, a farm in Chisamba, money, and other properties, be forfeited to the State. High Court Judges Susan Wanjelani, Ian Mabbolobbolo and Vincent Siloka ruled that the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), the applicant in the matter, should use the properties according to what it deems appropriate, but within the confines of the law.
