THE National Action for Quality Education in Zambia (NAQEZ) has expressed concern over the delay by government in disbursing free education grants to all public schools in the country as they reopen today. In a statement, Sunday, NAQEZ Executive Director Aaron Chansa said the delay placed primary and secondary school headteachers in an awkward position. “Hours before schools open for term one 2025, this Monday, January 13, government has not yet disbursed free education grants to all public schools in the country.
