CHINGOLA UPND aspiring MP Chipoka Mulenga says the ruling party has not paid influencers to endorse President Hakainde Hichilema in the forthcoming general election. He says there is no amount of money that can be paid to an influencer to convince them to endorse a presidential candidate.
