TONSE Alliance Chairman Sakwiba Sikota has claimed that the withdraw of opposition candidates in some by-elections is an indication that the UPND want to destabilise the opposition. Recently the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) declared UPND Lumezi North candidate Anderson Banda as duly elected MP following the withdrawal of NRPUP from all by-elections and the resignation of the Leadership Movement candidate Nebby Manda.
