PARAMOUNT Chief Chitimukulu has asked the Constitutional Court to dismiss a petition seeking recognition of Chief Mukuni as a paramount chief, arguing that the person who brought the case has no legal capacity to do so. Chief Chitimukulu argues that Jonas Shakafuswa, who filed the petition as Director General of the Bene Mukuni Royal Dynasty Committee, cannot legally represent Chief Mukuni because the committee is not registered in Zambia.
