OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says government should come up with policies that will ensure that Zambian companies are empowered to supply 50 percent of petroleum products, to avoid a huge upward adjustment of fuel pump prices.
