ZESCO Managing Director Victor Mapani says the utility company can easily switch on power for two weeks straight but the end result will be a complete shutdown. And Mapani says Zesco has engaged the Energy Regulation Board on the need to cap energy usage in the household because people are using more energy than is available by charging their inverters.
