A juvenile member of another notorious gang in Kitwe called the “Hundreds” has admitted to one count of assault and causing boldly harm.
The Juvenile from Mulenga Compound whose age is yet to be established by the courts admitted to having assaulted Elizabeth Mulenga on 26 April 2018, there by causing her boldly harm.
Five members from the same ‘Hundreds’ gang pleaded not guilty to another charge of assault against Collins Chanda.
The Five who were appearing before Kitwe Principal Magistrate Chongo Musonda denied the charges leveled against them.
In the last court sitting, two of the members admitted to an offence of assault and causing boldly harm to Richard Chilembo while the two juveniles and the last member denied the charge.
Magistrate Musonda adjourned the matter to 23rd May 2018 for mention and establishment of facts.
