THE Zambia Union of Government and Allied Workers (ZUGAW) has sued the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) demanding the repayment of over K250,000 that was erroneously transferred to its account. ZUGAW, through its secretary general John Nsululu has told the Lusaka High Court that the union ceased to be a member of ZCTU when government erroneously transferred K252,642.99 as remittances for membership.
