FORMER health minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya has finally sued the Anti-Corruption Commission and former ACC acting director general Rosemary Khuzwayo demanding US$50 million special damages for pain, anxiety and mental anguish that he allegedly suffered. Dr Chilufya also wants damages for malicious prosecution, defamation and intimidation.
