THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has committed 19-year-old Bushimbwa Mwalacheya of Salama Park, who is accused of killing his parents, to the High Court for trial. When the matter come up before magistrate Jacqueline Gondwe for an explanation of the charge and committal to the High Court, Bushimbwa’s auntie, Bernadette Mwalacheya, told the court that the accused was 19 years old and not 18. “According to the National Registration Card, he was born on March 27, 2003, as such he is 19 and not 18 which was purported last time when he appeared before court,” she said.
