NKULUKUSA Teddy Kalusa has discontinued a matter in which he had petitioned the state in the Constitutional Court, seeking the court’s determination on whether former president Edgar Lungu and vice-president Inonge Wina were lawfully in office, as they had not been sworn in by the Chief Justice. In this matter, Kalusa cited the Attorney General as the respondent and was also seeking the court to determine whether Lungu and Wina were legally sworn into their respective offices in accordance with Article 105(1) and 105(2).
