CONSTITUTIONAL Lawyer John Sangwa State Counsel, says there is no provision in the Constitution that allows for an election to be postponed. Speaking when he featured on Hot FM’s Red Hot Breakfast Show, Thursday, Sangwa said holding an election on August 12, was a must.
