GOVERNMENT has announced the closure of all bars, taverns, nightclubs and casinos which will only operate on a takeaway basis for the next 14 days, subject to review. Speaking during a press briefing, Monday, Ministry of Local Government Permanent Secretary Mathew Ngulube urged proprietors of the businesses to ensure adherence to the directive.
