ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says there must be no friction between constitutional offices like the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and law enforcement agencies because these are not to be run based on emotions. And Kabesha says his first reaction after seeing DPP Lillian Siyunyi’s letter to Drug Enforcement Commission Director General Mary Chirwa was to enquire whether she indeed authored it, which she confirmed.
