PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says if people are not professional when executing their duties, they shouldn’t complain when they are retired in national interest. And Bwalya says President Hakainde Hichilema did not promise to stop borrowing once UPND formed government, but only promised to stop commercial borrowing.
