THE Anti-Corruption Commission says Ministry of Information and Media Director Thabo Kawana obtained a loan from the Public Service Micro Finance Company amounting to K594,277 to facilitate the purchase of a vehicle he later gifted to his wife. Last month, social media was awash with pictures of Kawana gifting his wife a brand-new vehicle from Southern Cross Motors’ showroom. Various netizens raised concern and called on the ACC to investigate Kawana’s source of funds.
