THE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced that President Hakainde Hichilema will be travelling to Namibia today to attend an emergency Extraordinary SADC Organ Troika Summit. In a statement yesterday, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Stanley Kakubo said the President would join two other Troika members, Namibia and South Africa, in his capacity as incoming/Deputy Chair of the Organ.
