ZAMBIA Medical Association (ZMA) president Dr Crispin Moyo says the association has launched Care for Caregiver (CAC) Medical Scheme for Doctors to provide comprehensive Healthcare and Insurance Cover to medical doctors and their immediate families in times of need. And Dr Moyo says in 2019, a local study conducted at UTH found that 59% of medical doctors were experiencing burnout, a form of exhaustion caused by constantly feeling swamped.
