TRANSPARENCY International Zambia has rated the UPND’s performance on corruption fight and good governance as moderate, saying they expect better. And TIZ has recommended that the Anti Corruption Commission should provide a formal update on “Operation Recovery” and state the worth of forfeited and recovered resources.
