MISA Zambia has congratulated Cornelius Mweetwa on his appointment as Information and Media Minister and has urged him to accelerate the enactment of the access to information law. The Media Institute of Southern Africa has further appealed to the Ministry to consider implementing mechanisms that will reduce the cost of doing business for media houses by reducing the cost of importing media equipment. In a statement yesterday, MISA Zambia Chairperson Rev. Fr.
