KANTANSHI PF member of parliament Anthony Mumba has described Lunte PF MP Mutotwe Kafwaya’s move to report Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to ACC for abuse of office as a misplaced action. On Thursday last week, Kafwaya reported Speaker Mutti to ACC for abuse of authority of office, saying she acted contrary to the provisions of the Constitution when she effected changes in the office of the leader of opposition.
