THE country has recorded 336 new Cholera cases and 22 deaths in the last 24 hours. And the Lusaka City Council (LCC) has halted the sale of merchandise and food stuffs in undesignated places. According to the Ministry of Health national Cholera updates, the cumulative number of cholera deaths now stands at 172 while the cumulative number of cases stands at 4,433. The districts where new cholera cases were reported in the last 24 hours include Lusaka, Luangwa, Chilanga, Chongwe, Kabwe, Vubwi, Chadiza, Petauke and Lumezi.
