A CATHOLIC Parish Priest at St Augustine Parish in Lusaka’s Kalikiliki area Fr Paschal Mashilipa has lamented that Zesco’s load shedding schedule is being implemented unfairly because shanty compounds seem to be getting longer hours of darkness. And Fr Mashilipa says even if people from Kalikiliki are poor, they deserve to be treated with dignity, and be load shedded the same way other people in urban places are load shedded.
