COUNCIL of Churches in Zambia (CCZ) General Secretary Fr Emmanuel Chikoya says there are enough laws which can handle hate speech, cautioning that making any decisions from a point of high emotions can make things worse. On Wednesday, President Hichilema said Cabinet had agreed to stiffen laws against hate speech.
