PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has commended outgoing British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Woolley for his ability to engage with both the government and opposition. The President has also disclosed that government has approved the open access policy on electricity, which will now provide opportunities for private investors in the energy sector.
