PF faction secretary general Morgan Ng’ona says there is no need of for the Miles Sampa faction to meet outgoing British High Commissioner to Zambia Nicholas Woolley because “he has no power”. On Monday, High Commissioner Woolley paid a courtesy call on the leadership of the Edgar Lungu-led PF faction in order to bid farewell.
