SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti is expected to visit Petauke Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda today at Maina Soko Military Hospital. Speaker Mutti made the announcement in response to Nkana MP Binwell Mpundu, who wanted to know if the Minister of Defence was in order to confine Banda to Maina Soko Military Hospital instead of allowing him to access proper medical care from facilities of his choice. “My matter of urgent public importance is directed to the Minister of Defence.
