THE British government has pledged to provide technical support to assist the Zambian government in implementing the Cash for Work programme. Acting British High Commissioner to Zambia Sam Waldock says his government has also noted the impact of CDF on beneficiaries, citing communities’ ability to decide their own development agenda at the local level.
