GREEN Economy and Environment Minister Mike Mposha says Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu should have been given a longer sentence so that he reflects on his character. On Monday, Lusaka Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili sentenced Zulu to 12 months imprisonment with hard labour in a matter in which he was charged with libel. Zulu was accused of making defamatory remarks against Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane, his Infrastructure counterpart Charles Milupi, and RDA Board Chairperson Mulchand Kuntawala.
