SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says political parties can only be compelled to disclose their sources of funding if government starts funding them. Meanwhile, Kaunda has challenged Transparency International Zambia to also disclose their source of funding before requesting political parties to do so. On Tuesday, a TI-Z report on political party financing revealed that 75 percent of sampled political parties in Zambia had low transparency levels regarding their funding.
