THE Drug Enforcement Commission has finally arrested Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) provisional liquidator Milingo Lungu for theft. According to the commission, Mr Milingo stole K110 million as well as $250, 000. We are also told that Mr Milingo was involved in money laundering with amounts exceeding US$2 million. For the record, this is several times more than the ‘miracle money’ that was found in Faith Musonda’s house. In fact, as far as we are aware, the commission has picked lesser amounts and left out the real chunks of money that were suspiciously withdrawn from the mining company’s bank account. We feel sorry for Mr Milingo because he is just a pawn on the chess board. The real kings and queens...
