ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chief Electoral Officer Patrick Nshindano says the Commission now has big teeth to “bite” and sanction political parties that practice political violence and deliberately breach the Electoral Code of Conduct. And Nshindano says the Commission consulted the Attorney General’s office over its decision to ban public rallies.
