POLICE spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says the police will need to be careful before taking any action against PeP leader Sean Tembo over his recent Facebook posting because he used the word “Bally”. And Presidential Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says it’s worrying that Tembo has continued to use his social media platform to decimate the name of President Hakainde Hichilema by using derogatory language against him.
