DEFENCE Minister Ambrose Lufuma says the selection process for 5,000 military personnel jobs will be on a competitive basis due to the overwhelming response. And Lufuma says the Zambia National Service will establish farms in provinces in order to absorb some of the unemployed youths into the agricultural sector.
