SACCORD Executive Director Boniface Cheembe has urged the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to be canceling elections when political violence occurs during campaigns. He says it is important that ECZ remains vigilant and provides the right messages whenever there is a danger of political violence taking root.
