JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says Zambians are interested to know how former president Edgar Lungu’s wife, Esther, came to have the US$400,000. The former first lady’s lawyer, Jonas Zimba, recently said that his client would only explain her US$400,000 when need arises, arguing that the key issue at the moment was whether the rule of law was being upheld.
