A LUSAKA man has been dragged to court for having canal knowledge of his biological daughter. Chongo Mwaba, a driver, is facing one count of incest contrary to section 159 (1) of the penal code chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Allegations are that Mwaba, between August 6, 2022 and August 12, 2022 in Lusaka did have carnal knowledge of a girl child who to his knowledge is his daughter. When the matter came up for allocation, Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili could not allocate the matter because the accused person was not before court.
