UPND Deputy Secretary General Gertrude Imenda says MMD president Nevers Mumba is welcome if he wants to formalise his party’s relationship with the ruling party through an alliance. And Imenda says there are a lot of “wisemen from the east” who are also joining UPND, although some have not yet announced this.
