CARITAS Integral Human Development (IHD) Commission says the expulsion of nine PF MPs is clear evidence of legal lawlessness. And IHD says it is disturbed by the manner in which government has handled the case involving Petauke Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Banda, making reference to a leaked audio in which two permanent secretaries were heard asking him to withdraw some statements. In a statement issued on behalf of 11 other IHD members, Sunday, Chairperson Archbishop Alick Banda also commented on the high cost of living and load shedding among other things.
