FORMER home affairs minister Lameck Mangani says it’s unfair for Economic Front leader, Wynter Kabimba, to suggest that criminals are using Emmanuel Jay Banda to distablise the country. Mangani says Banda became an enemy of the state when he showed himself to be a close associate of former president Edgar Lungu. On Wednesday, Kabimba alleged that there was a syndicate of criminals using Banda as a front to distabilise the country, insisting that the Petauke Central MP had no capacity to engage in his recent activities alone.
