ENERGY Regulation Board (ERB) Chairperson James Banda says the country should expect the price of diesel to reduce following the implementation of open access. However, Banda failed to answer a question on the cost of diesel when Agro Fuel was using the TAZAMA pipeline exclusively. Banda featured on Hot FM’s “Breakfast Show” on Tuesday to discuss the impact of the newly implemented Open Access regime on the cost of fuel in the country.
