A STATE witness has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that the user of the Sean Tembo Facebook page deleted a post shared on October 17, 2023, which stated, “Bally is selling a few bags of ZNS mealie meal using Shoprite, hoping to create a perception of low price is equal to masturbation.” Tembo is currently facing two counts of use of insulting language. Allegations in count one are that Tembo, on August 27, 2023, in Lusaka, did use insulting language, stating, “Bally apa akangiwa kuipa.
