NGOCC says it regrets the violence and confusion that characterised some nomination events across the country, including reports of duplicated and disputed adoption certificates. In a statement Sunday, NGOCC Board Chairperson Beauty Katebe said political violence remained one of the major barriers preventing women from actively participating in politics.
