THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says all 14 presidential candidates have agreed to develop a campaign timetable to govern the conduct of election campaigns. However, ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says during the agreement, it was resolved that the campaign timetable would not assign specific slots to President Hakainde Hichilema.
