THE Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia has written to the Ministry of Energy to consider extending a waiver on the importation of fuel. In a letter dated January 6, 2022, OMCAZ president Dr Kafula Mubanga said the introduction of Fuel Levy by the Zambia Revenue Authority that must be paid at points of entry, was not provided for in fuel procurement plans of OMCs.
